Free breakfast, immaculate a double room. Unbeatable and nice location to Bua Tong waterfalls, and 5 minute walk from Wat si Bua Ngern. Based right by downtown for dinner, a lily pond and nature.

I enjoyed the hotel, received perfect service.
Everything was simply very easy. Gorgeous hotel, stayed here for 4 nights and had a very good experience. It was an unbeatable location not far from the outskirts of the city, bustling Chiang Mai and Thailand. I ate in the garden restaurant nearby. The villa overlooked temple.

I loved staying at this hotel! The location was so beautiful, right next to a lily pond in the garden. It was such a peaceful and tranquil setting. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel like family. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the housekeeping. The hotel had all the amenities I needed, including a swimming pool, massage services, and a sun terrace. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The restaurant served delicious breakfast and the bar area was a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink. my stay here was amazing and I highly recommend this place to anyone.

It is a small resort and the staff is wonderful. They make you feel at home and are always available for help or provide information. The rooms are spacious and immaculate as are the grounds and other facilities. The food is also excellent.
It is a little far from town but the resort provides staff to drive you anywhere you want to go for very reasonable fees.

Great hotel facilities, excellent staff, tasty breakfast, and convenient transportation. We loved the tranquil suburb location and the cleanliness of the rooms. The shuttle service was free, and the driver was very accommodating, taking us to the centre and the Bua Tong waterfalls. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was helpful and went out of their way to assist us during our stay.
Nothing negative to say.

I loved my stay at the oriental. The hosts especially are wonderful helpful people. The staff were also excellent. It is a beautiful relaxing environment and the room was immaculate and the little touches unasked for and unexpected were a joy for us. I would happily go back in a second and recommend it highly to anyone interested. The hosts are truly wonderful and helpful. Wish I was there now!

The grounds, the rooms and the staff were wonderful. We left feeling as though we had made new friends. We were especially amazed at the overall thoughtfulness of the entire staff. On our last morning it was raining in the morning. We were up and getting ready to walk through the beautiful garden to breakfast and when we opened the front door to our cottage there were two umbrellas leaning against the patio for our use.

During my recent stay at Oriental Siam Resort, I was truly treated like royalty. The family-owned atmosphere made me feel incredibly welcome, and the pet dog Hero added an extra touch of warmth. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful gardens surrounding a lovely pool. The staff, including Ponsey, Nat, Peter, and Dereyk, were all extremely friendly and accommodating. I also had the pleasure of having Pom as my driver, who took me wherever I wanted to go. I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this divine retreat.

The luxury of the room and the quiet surroundings. We were really able to relax in our spacious villa or by the pool. The landscape gardens are and the setting are amazing. The bathroom is huge and the bedroom is fantastic.
We didn't like that the tuk tuks did not know where the hotel was however the hotel did supply us with a phone if we needed to ring them. We think more information could have been included in the welcome booklet, for example the breakfast time. We only found out on the 3rd day that breakfast was served from 8am to 11.30am. We had asked one of the staff on the first day at least twice what time was breakfast served till and we were told 8am. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and we would definitely return.

We booked the rooms of lotus 3 bedroom villa. We were surprised when we arrived. The room design is a combination of Thai and European style, very nice and clean. The environment is very elegant and beautiful,is a garden-like. We arrived around 11 pm,it was late,.But all service personnel have come to greet us, even the owner came out to chat with us.So warmful.Service personnel have been room for us to introduce the use of facilities, and asked what we need. Just before the last meal breakfast, chef also made a special meal for our breakfast, fully in line with our taste for Chinese breakfast.Wonderful! This is the best I have stayed in tourist hotels in not only a beautiful environment, service staff is also very sincerely. Highly recommended!

The property was family-friendly and the staff was helpful in arranging excursions. The rooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. the restaurant served delicious food.
The location was not very convenient as it was far from the city center and the transportation provided by the hotel was expensive. This was especially inconvenient during my business trip as I had to commute to the city frequently.
